![]() Real property documents are indexed in our computer system from June 1970 to the present. The below types of records are available in the Records Room either electronically or on microfilm. The County Archivist can provide guidance for historical and genealogical research upon request. Staff members are available to assist researchers in the use of Records Room equipment, including microfilm reader/printers and computers. Images of will book records, older marriage licenses, and deed book records from book 400 forward are now available on the public computers in the records room. Records that are listed but contain only a book & page number and "M" as the supplement number must be researched further through the Recording Section. If you are searching for a pre-1975 license that is not listed in our index, contact our recording section at (334) 832-1239.
